Abstract
The purpose of the following research is to analyze the effects of motivational factors on blue-collar job satisfaction and also present factors that play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction at the workplace. In return, satisfied employees can help improve organizational performance. The review of the academic literature showed that motivation at work is motivated by the level of job satisfaction of employees. Therefore, organizations that recognize the importance of satisfied workers are more probable to create a flexible, loyal, and creative workforce. To assess the levels of stress and satisfaction in the workplace, a questionnaire was applied among blue-collar workers, this questionnaire was delivered and I received it online through Google forms and with that the results were analyzed. Identifying that Blue-collar workers have frequent stressful events in a way that affects personal life and satisfaction in the work environment.
